BHP sells met coal assets for $4.1bn

Whitehaven Coal has executed definitive sale agreements with BHP Group and Mitsubishi Development to buy the Daunia and Blackwater metallurgical coal mines in Queensland’s Bowen Basin for up to US$4.1 billion cash.
