Ecuador incentivizes environmental performance

Ecuador's government has created a series of incentives for miners to repair environmental liabilities and thus, help build trust and better relationships with their surrounding communities, Environment, Water and Ecological Transition Minister José Antonio Dávlos told delegates at the CGS Ecuador 2023 conference in Quito, Tuesday.
